Meet Thomas
As a 3rd generation San Diego native born and raised in East County, I was lucky enough to purchase a foreclosed home in 2009 after the crash, and shortly after getting married. We remodeled and sold it for a profit a few years later, and that is when I was bitten by the Real Estate bug and earned my license in 2017. Ever since, I have been helping other people’s dreams come true throughout San Diego.
Over my 25 years in the sales industry, I have honed my skills by learning from some of the top coaches like Tony Robbins and Tom Ferry on how to treat people to be successful. I have become an expert at discovering people’s needs, providing a great experience and mastering negotiating to get them the best deal, rather than just working for a paycheck. I see clients as families, and future friends, not just numbers to check off a list of yearly goals.
I have been married to my wife since 2009, sharing a family of 4 girls and two dogs. In our spare time we enjoy exploring San Diego and its sights, from the Borrego Sculptures, Julian and its amazing pies to Balboa Park and the Sunday afternoon Organ Pavilion concerts. As a big advocate of getting out and enjoying San Diego, I have lived in and visited all over San Diego making it easy to let you know what goes on where, to fit your lifestyle or future desires.
I have helped newly married couples buy their first home, have kids and sell it to expand to a bigger house, because, I don’t just “close escrow and move on”, I actually take an interest in making sure you will be happy, and follow up with you after to make sure everything is working out. It is important to me that each client finds their happy place and doesn’t just settle for what they can afford. It may take months, but I fully believe that the perfect house for each person is out there if you are patient.
It’s not just a job, but a pleasure to help couples and have them still share with me a year or two down the line the things they are proud to have done with their house, or yard, tailoring it to their perfect place.
